Approach

The overall objective of WP3- "Demo-sites’ set up and models/tools’ calibration" is to select specific plots, and deploy the different in-situ sensors, in the 3 demo-sites in Spain, Lebanon and Tunisia (in cultivated plots divided in two subplots, one managed by the farmer and the other by the research team) to compare and calibrate models and tools to be used in specific crops and fruit trees with real data obtained from the three demo-sites. This data will be gathered by monitoring plots performance when farmers are using traditional methods and by applying SUPROMED’s models and tools in identic demonstration plots.
